R3 boss has recently opened a new Japanese-style warm spring sauna near Saphan Khwai station. This is the fifth sauna under R3 boss&#;s management, with previous openings in Bang Kapi (BKP) and adj On Nut station called Jaan. The response has been mediocre, especially for Jaan, which had very few visitors. It remains to be seen whether this new establishment in &#; Baht Happy Circle&#; can attract more customers.
Kaikan Onsen is located just behind 39 Sauna, on the right side after coming out of Great C. One Spa and the &#; Baht Adj Circle&#; area are nearby as well. The location is excellent as there are many spa shops around.
From the published pictures, Kaikan seems to verb a better environment focused on hot springs without cruising areas or mazes; it only has upscale-looking rest areas. It&#;s uncertain if this type of establishment can win over a large number of fans among
